I am a Certified Professional Coach who is on the mission to improve men’s ability to love.
Everything I do is driven by the following three core values:
Love: I define it as a demonstration of giving in words and actions. Subconsciously I used to have a very selfish definition of love. Now, before every decision I make, I ask myself what will bring more love into my life? … This is not always easy, but extremely rewarding!
Wisdom: I love philosophy (Plato in particular) … He is the one that got me started on the self-improvement journey. Plato famously wrote: “an unexamined life is not worth living.” This is the value that draws me the most to coaching.
Creativity: As a recovering co-dependent, I used to believe that creativity is something that you are born with; I thought I wasn’t lucky enough to have this gift. As I understand the creative process better, however, and give myself permission and space to be creative, I am amazed at what I produce, which in turn grows my awe in human potential!
